Terms of Service

BrawlFast ("the Service") is a fighting game played in the browser and in an iPhone app, with a public leaderboard that ranks players by the product they are building. It is operated by Vynse ("I", "me").

By playing BrawlFast, on the web or on iPhone, you agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You can play as a guest. A guest fighter lives in your browser — clear your browser data and it is gone, and I cannot get it back.
• An account (email, Google or X) lets you recover your fighter across devices, and is required to buy anything.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens on your account.
• The iPhone app has no account: your fighter and progress live on your iPhone. Delete the app and they are gone, and I cannot get them back.

One-time digital items. No subscriptions, nothing expires. Payment is handled by Stripe; I never see your card.

• Founder's Arsenal — €19.99, one-time, limited to 20 ever. Permanent Founder badge, 5 fighter slots, custom title, golden border, 500 coins.
• Legend Pack — €9.99, one-time. Custom title, golden leaderboard border, custom victory message, 300 coins.
• Coin Chest — €2.99, repeatable. 300 coins, instantly.

You have 7 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Email contact@vynse.dev from the address you used at checkout and I'll process it promptly. After 7 days, refunds are at my discretion — but if something was not delivered or is broken, you get your money back regardless.

BrawlFast Premium is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all 5 fighter roster slots and one extra Arena fight every day. It never improves a fighter's stats. The price is the one shown by the App Store in your country.

Apple handles the payment, the receipt and refunds for purchases made in the app: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. The 7-day money-back above covers purchases made on the web through Stripe, which I refund myself. Use Restore Purchases in the app's Profile tab to recover Premium on a new install.

If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and me, not Apple: Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is not a party to any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Coins, equipment, cosmetics, titles and badges are a licence to use features inside the game. They are not property, not currency, and not transferable. They cannot be sold, traded or cashed out, and they have no value outside BrawlFast.

This is a commitment, not a marketing line. No product, payment or arrangement improves your position on the public leaderboard. Paid placements exist, they are labelled Sponsored, and they sit outside the ranking entirely.

If I ever intend to change this, it will be said on this page before it takes effect, not after.

• Automate play, script the client, or use bots to farm fights.
• Tamper with stored game state, forge requests, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
• Create extra fighters or accounts to feed wins to another account.
• Interfere with matchmaking, season counters, or other players.

Where I find manipulation I may reset a record, remove a fighter from the rankings, or close the account. If I close an account for anything other than abuse, I refund what was paid.

Attaching a product is optional. When you do, you confirm you are entitled to represent it and that the listing is accurate. You keep every right in it, and give me permission to display its name, tagline, link and logo on the public pages and share images.

You may not list:

• Anything illegal, deceptive, or infringing someone else’s rights.
• Malware, phishing, or links that go somewhere other than described.
• Adult content or gambling.
• Pure link-building placeholders with no real product behind them.

I may hide any listing, which removes it from every public surface without touching your fighter or your progress. Ask and I'll tell you why. If a listing infringes your rights, email contact@vynse.dev with the URL and I'll act on it.

BrawlFast is provided as-is. It is an indie game under active development: seasons, balance and features will change, and there will be downtime. I do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that your rank survives a balance change, or that any given feature sticks around.

To the extent the law allows, my liability for anything relating to the Service is limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before. I am not liable for indirect loss, including traffic, signups or revenue you attribute to your listing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stop whenever you like: delete your fighters, or email me to close your account. I may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

I may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the game, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision. See also the Privacy Policy.
